Notice that the Julia files are either Julia files (files with a “.jl” extension) or Jupyter notebooks (with an extension “.ipynb”).
Julia files can be opened with any text editor like Atom, VScode, or Sublime Text, among others if you have Julia and one of the former text editors installed on your computer.
Jupyter notebooks can be opened in the Jupyter notebook (or in the Jupyter Lab) if you have both Julia and Jupyter notebook/Lab installed on your machine.
